Welcome to RevvedUp Media! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking a session, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview
RevvedUp Media provides professional car photography and videography services. These Terms apply to all clients and users of our services and website.

2. Booking and Payment Terms
• Service Availability:
Services are available by appointment only. Sessions are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
• Deposits and Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Payments can be made via [list accepted methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.].
• Cancellations and Rescheduling:
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will result in a credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your session and are subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are not provided once a photo or video shoot has been completed.
• If technical issues arise due to RevvedUp Media (e.g., unusable files), a reshoot may be offered at no additional cost.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at our discretion.

4. Delivery of Products
• Turnaround Time:
Final edits of photos and videos will be delivered within 7–14 business days unless otherwise agreed upon. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
• Delivery Method:
Deliverables will be provided via a secure digital download link. Additional formats (e.g., USB drives or physical prints) are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Revisions:
One round of minor revisions is included with your package. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
• Ownership:
All photos and videos created by RevvedUp Media remain the intellectual property of RevvedUp Media. Clients are granted a license for personal use only.
• Commercial Use:
Commercial use (e.g., advertisements, branding) requires written approval and may incur additional fees.
• Social Media Credit:
When sharing photos or videos on social media, clients must credit RevvedUp Media (@YourHandleHere) in the caption or post description.

6. Liability Limitations
• RevvedUp Media is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to deliver services caused by events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or technical malfunctions.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked session.

7. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are clean and ready for the shoot.
Clients must arrive on time to ensure the session is completed within the scheduled timeframe. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened session or additional fees.

8. Cancellations or Rescheduling by RevvedUp Media
If RevvedUp Media needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

9. Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected during the booking process (e.g., name, email, phone number) is used solely for providing services and communication.
• We will not share your information with third parties without your consent. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
• If legal action is necessary, the matter will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.

RevvedUp Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy
At RevvedUp Media, we strive to provide the best possible experience and deliver high-quality photos and videos. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Below are our refund and reshoot policies:

Partial Refunds:
• Partial refunds may be offered if a session cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, or unavoidable disruptions).
• Refunds will not exceed 50% of the total session fee.
─────────────────────
Reshoots:
• A complimentary reshoot may be offered under the following conditions:
• Technical issues during the shoot result in unusable photos or videos.
• Circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., weather or unforeseen client delays).
• Reshoots are subject to the availability of RevvedUp Media and must be scheduled within 30 days of the original session date.

No Refunds for Completed Work:
• Refunds are not provided after the photos or videos have been delivered unless there are technical defects or errors caused by RevvedUp Media.
• Minor dissatisfaction with the creative style, such as color grading or artistic choices, does not qualify for a refund.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session if cancellations are made with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Booking and Payments Policy
At RevvedUp Media, we require a partial deposit to secure your booking and the remaining balance to be paid at the photo shoot. Below are the details of our booking and payment process:

Booking Deposits:
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
• The deposit is payable online during the booking process and is applied toward your total session fee.
• Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

Remaining Balance:
• The remaining 75% balance is due on the day of the photo shoot, prior to the start of the session.
• Payments for the remaining balance can be made via Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
• Rescheduling:
• Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be completed within 30 days of the original date.
• Cancellations:
• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being credited toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Payments:
• Late payments for the remaining balance may result in a delay or cancellation of the session.

Delivery of products Policy
At RevvedUp Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality photos, videos, and physical products in a timely manner. Below are the details regarding the delivery process:

Delivery Timeline:
• Digital Photos and Videos:
Final edits will be delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of the shoot. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Posters:
Custom posters may take up to 30 days to produce and deliver due to printing and processing times.
• Polaroid Pictures:
Polaroid pictures are taken during the session and provided to you on the day of the shoot.

Delivered via a secure download link.
• Physical Products (Posters):
Shipped to the address provided during booking. Additional shipping fees may apply if expedited delivery is requested.
• Polaroid Pictures:
Handed directly to the client during the shoot.

Revisions:
• One round of minor revisions (e.g., color grading adjustments) is included for digital photos and videos.
• Additional revisions may require extra fees and extend the delivery timeline.

Storage and Access:
• Digital files will be available for download for up to 30 days after delivery. After this period, archived files may require a retrieval fee.

Usage of Products:
• Photos and videos are delivered in high-resolution formats for personal use and sharing on social media.
• Commercial use of any deliverables requires prior written approval and may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property Policy
At RevvedUp Media, we are proud to create high-quality photos and videos for our clients. Below are the details regarding ownership and usage rights for all deliverables:

• All photos and videos taken by RevvedUp Media remain the intellectual property of RevvedUp Media.
• Commercial use (e.g., advertisements, branding) requires written approval and may incur additional fees.

Editing and Alterations:
• While clients are free to use their photos and videos, any edits, filters, or modifications must be done with care to maintain the integrity of the original work.
• If substantial edits are required, RevvedUp Media offers additional editing services upon request.

Social Media and Online Sharing:
• We encourage clients to share their photos and videos on social media! To support our work, please include a tag or mention (e.g., @YourHandleHere) when posting.

Use by RevvedUp Media:
• RevvedUp Media reserves the right to use photos and videos from sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
• Social media posts.
• Website galleries.
• Marketing materials.
• If you prefer your photos/videos not to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the shoot.

Violations:
• Unauthorized use or redistribution of deliverables outside of the agreed terms (e.g., reselling to third parties without permission) may result in legal action to protect the intellectual property rights of RevvedUp Media.

Liability Policy
At RevvedUp Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality photography and videography services. However, certain situations may arise that are beyond our control. This policy outlines our limitations of liability:

Unforeseen Circumstances:
• RevvedUp Media is not liable for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather conditions.
• Traffic or transportation issues.
• Equipment malfunctions or technical failures.

Client Responsibilities:
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is clean and ready for the shoot at the agreed-upon time.
• Clients must arrive on time for their session. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened session or additional fees.

Property Damage or Loss:
• RevvedUp Media is not liable for any damage to the client’s vehicle, property, or personal items during the session.
• Clients are responsible for supervising their property and personal belongings at all times.

Health and Safety:
• RevvedUp Media is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the session, whether caused by the client, their property, or external factors.
• Sessions are conducted in safe locations; however, clients must follow all safety guidelines and directions provided by RevvedUp Media.

Liability Cap:
• In the event of any claim against RevvedUp Media, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
